UX/UI & Visual Designer (Mid-level)
We are looking for a Mid-Level UI/UX & Visual Designer with strong mobile-first expertise who can create conversion-focused digital experiences and adapt them effectively across all screen sizes. The primary focus of this role is UI/UX design for content-heavy websites, landing pages, digital components, and A/B tests. Strong visual and graphic design capabilities are also required to support the role through the creation of logos, infographics, promotional materials, campaign assets, and other brand-related visuals when needed. The ideal candidate has strong foundational design skills, can work independently, and uses AI thoughtfully to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, and production without compromising quality, originality, or professional judgment.
Graphic & Visual Design: branding, logo design, infographics, promotional assets, and campaign visuals fundamentals with a portfolio showing both UI/UX case studies and creative visual/branding assets (logos, marketing assets).
Pragmatic AI Usage: Ability to prompt and use AI tools to boost speed and research, combined with the critical eye needed to evaluate, refine, and humanize outputs so they meet brand and quality standards. Be comfortable working with Claude, OpenAI Codex, Gemini, ChatGPT, Figma AI and other AI-related tools. This should be used to accelerate and improve already competent design process, not to replace it.
Execution & Ownership: Comfortable with taking ownership over designing content-heavy and conversion-focused digital experiences. Ability to maintain consistency with established brand design systems, accessibility standards, and project requirements.
Problem-solving skills: Ability to understand a problem, conduct relevant research, explore alternatives, and make informed design decisions independently. Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, intuitive, and visually engaging interfaces.
You are naturally curious and love understanding how things really work. You ask why, learn fast, and enjoy exploring the game behind the game: users, algorithms, markets, competitors, incentives, psychology, and technology.
You turn ideas into action. You ship, test, measure, and improve. You focus on outcomes, not activity, and you understand that real performance is measured by impact, not meetings, messages, or hours worked.
You tell the truth early, take responsibility, and communicate clearly. You do not blame, hide, or wait. When something is unclear, you clarify it. When something is broken, you help fix it. When you own something, you drive it forward.
Portfolio review - Please, submit a portfolio demonstrating strong mobile-first, conversion-focused UI/UX work, supported by polished visual design, relevant graphic design examples, and clear evidence of your design thinking and individual contribution.
