The LMS Administrator serves as the primary system administrator and subject matter expert for the organization's Workday Learning platform. This role is responsible for the configuration, administration, governance, optimization, reporting, and ongoing support of enterprise learning technologies.
The LMS Administrator partners closely with Learning, Talent Management, IT, Operations and business stakeholders to deliver effective learning solutions, maintain data integrity, support compliance requirements, and drive an exceptional learner experience. This position provides advanced Workday Learning administration, reporting and analytics, troubleshooting, learning program deployment, and support for system enhancements, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires extensive knowledge of Workday Learning functionality, learning operations, data management, business processes, and enterprise learning best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Information Technology, Instructional Design, Education, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields. • Direct work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Work Experience Required:

Advanced knowledge of Workday Learning administration, including learning assignments, certifications, learning campaigns/engagements, course management, learner audiences, security roles, and learning compliance processes.
Demonstrated experience administering and optimizing enterprise Learning Management Systems (LMS), including system configuration, user support, reporting, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly, develop system documentation, and effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as reporting and data analysis tools such as Workday Reporting, Sigma, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Learning functionality, including learning assignments, certifications, learning campaigns, learner audiences, security roles, business processes, and system settings.
Partner with Learning & Development, Talent Management, IT, Operations and other business stakeholders to deploy and support learning solutions that align with organizational goals and enhance learner engagement.
Serve as the primary escalation point for complex system issues, performing troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and solution implementation in partnership with IT, vendors, and any other business stakeholders.
