About the role

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Marketing Campaign Analyst to transform raw marketing and patient engagement data into structured insights that support better decision-making. This includes identifying trends, evaluating campaign effectiveness, and highlighting opportunities to improve marketing efficiency and return on investment.

This role is responsible for analyzing, measuring, and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns across Keplr Vision practices, and plays a critical part in helping the organization understand what is driving patient acquisition, conversion, and retention across multiple marketing channels and locations.

In addition to analysis and reporting, this role is responsible for building and maintaining consistent marketing performance reporting frameworks. The analyst will ensure that marketing metrics are clearly defined, consistently applied, and reliably tracked across campaigns, channels, and practice locations.

The Marketing Campaign Analyst will also support the development and execution of testing and measurement approaches, including campaign performance comparisons, A/B testing, and incremental impact analysis where applicable. Over time, this role will help mature the organization’s marketing measurement capabilities by improving consistency, transparency, and scalability of reporting processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Marketing Campaign Performance & Insights
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance across multiple channels (e.g., paid and owned digital, CRM, email)
  • Identify trends in patient acquisition, conversion, and retention performance
  • Develop insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI
  • Segment patient and prospect populations to support targeting and messaging optimization
  • Support forecasting and performance tracking for ongoing campaigns
  • Present clear, concise performance summaries to Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Reporting, Measurement, & Analytics Execution
  • Build and maintain marketing performance dashboards and reporting
  • Support development of KPIs, measurement frameworks, and reporting standards
  • Conduct campaign analysis including A/B testing and basic lift/impact measurement
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of marketing performance data across sources
  • Standardize recurring reporting across campaigns, channels, and practices

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics or related field.

Experience

  • 3–6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, campaign analytics, or related role
  • Experience in healthcare, optical, or multi-location retail environments preferred
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
  • Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms (CRM, email marketing tools, digital advertising platforms)
  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools
  • Understanding of marketing KPIs, campaign performance metrics, and testing concepts

Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Results-oriented, analytical mindset with ability to drive continuous improvement
