GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Marketing Campaign Analyst to transform raw marketing and patient engagement data into structured insights that support better decision-making. This includes identifying trends, evaluating campaign effectiveness, and highlighting opportunities to improve marketing efficiency and return on investment.
This role is responsible for analyzing, measuring, and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns across Keplr Vision practices, and plays a critical part in helping the organization understand what is driving patient acquisition, conversion, and retention across multiple marketing channels and locations.
In addition to analysis and reporting, this role is responsible for building and maintaining consistent marketing performance reporting frameworks. The analyst will ensure that marketing metrics are clearly defined, consistently applied, and reliably tracked across campaigns, channels, and practice locations.
The Marketing Campaign Analyst will also support the development and execution of testing and measurement approaches, including campaign performance comparisons, A/B testing, and incremental impact analysis where applicable. Over time, this role will help mature the organization’s marketing measurement capabilities by improving consistency, transparency, and scalability of reporting processes.

Tell us and we'll mark Keplr Vision as a company that has actually hired in the Caribbean. It's the most useful thing on this board and it only exists because people report it.
