About the role

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Media & Community Coordinator to help grow engaged communities around Ace Alliance, Affiverse, and Revpanda .

This is a people-focused role combining community building, podcast support, content, networking, and industry events. It is ideal for someone who enjoys starting conversations, building relationships, interviewing interesting people, and turning industry connections into valuable content and engagement.

Over time, you will also have the opportunity to become a visible representative of our brands through podcasts, interviews, webinars, and events.

Responsibilities

  • Grow and engage professional communities across platforms such as LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, WhatsApp, and industry groups.
  • Create discussions, polls, webinars, AMAs, networking activities, and other community initiatives.
  • Build relationships with affiliates, operators, founders, creators, partners, and industry professionals.
  • Research, invite, and coordinate guests for podcasts, interviews, webinars, and event content.
  • Help prepare interview topics, questions, guest briefs, and promotional content.
  • Co-host podcasts and interviews, with the opportunity to host independently as you develop.
  • Represent the brands at conferences, webinars, and networking events.
  • Work with content, marketing, SEO, design, and partnerships teams to grow the reach of community and media content.
  • Track community growth, engagement, content performance, and audience feedback.

Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in community management, media, content, podcasting, social media, PR, or a related role.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with people, appearing on camera, and moderating conversations.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage several projects and deadlines.
  • An understanding of community engagement, digital content, and audience growth.
  • Experience with platforms such as LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, or similar communities.
  • Experience in iGaming, affiliate marketing, media, or digital publishing is highly preferred but not essential.

Nice to Have

  • Podcast, webinar, interview, or public-speaking experience.
  • An existing network within iGaming or affiliate marketing.
  • Experience working with creators, affiliates, influencers, or ambassadors.
  • Familiarity with podcast, community, content, or analytics tools.
