The role is explicitly worldwide remote with no geographic, work authorization, language, or timezone restrictions stated. The posting is contractor-based, so G1 (visa sponsorship language) does not apply. The target user—English-monolingual, Caribbean resident, UTC-5—meets all stated qualifications and can work the required hours immediately.
“Worldwide” Geographic scope — No location restrictions stated — worldwide.
“Stated location / restrictions: Worldwide” Geographic scope — Explicit worldwide scope with no country, region, or timezone restrictions.
“Location: Remote” Physical presence — Purely remote role with no office, hybrid, relocation, or on-site requirement mentioned in the body.
“Role Type: Contractor” Employment path — Contractor/output-based model means no visa sponsorship clause applies; work authorization is not a gate.
“Source-provided allowed UTC offsets: -11, -10, -9.5, -9, -8, -7, -6, -5, -4, -3.5, -3, -2, -1, 0, 1, 2, 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5, 5.75, 6, 6.5, 7, 8, 8.75, 9, 9.5, 10, 10.5, 11, 12, 12.75, 13, 14” Timezone — UTC-5 (Jamaica) is explicitly included in the allowed offsets; no timezone window constraint exists.

In this role, you'll apply your platform engineering expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world engineering input. No prior experience in AI is required-your domain knowledge and hands-on production experience are what matter.
As an expert, you will create Reinforcement Learning Environments that test an AI model’s ability to design, deploy, troubleshoot, secure, scale, and recover production-grade cloud infrastructure. You will develop realistic scenarios involving distributed systems, networking, IAM, queues, durable storage, observability, rolling deployments, and disaster recovery, then build reproducible environments, deterministic validation tests, golden reference solutions, and intentionally defective variants.
Compensation is output-based; experts are paid per task that meets the project specifications. The time required to complete work may vary depending on the expert’s experience and workflow. Minimum submission requirements apply. Experts must submit a minimum of tasks per week.
