In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. You will engage in simulated two-way virtual conversations, replicating common workflows and scenarios seen in the event planning industry. Scope of Work

• Engage in simulated client-event planner dialogues, providing authentic, scenario-based conversations.
• Document and articulate standard event planning workflows, challenges, and solutions.
• Analyze client needs, propose event solutions, and outline step-by-step planning procedures.
• Identify and describe common hurdles and creative problem-solving approaches in event coordination.
• Deliver structured feedback on event planning conversations to improve AI system responses.
• Contribute written materials exemplifying clear, professional communication for virtual interaction.
• Collaborate remotely with the micro1 project team to refine project deliverables as needed.
