We are looking for an experienced Product and Project Manager to lead software development projects from start to finish. As PM, you will be responsible for the success of your assigned projects, shifting focus from high level strategy and product definition to the details of day to day project management, depending on the specific needs of the client and the project.
As PM, you will be the primary bridge between our clients and our engineering teams. Your mission is to ensure that every project not only crosses the finish line but delivers true value to the Customer.
End-to-End Ownership: Take full accountability for a project’s success, from the initial discovery phase to final delivery. You may join projects at different stages of the project’s life-cycle, and you must be comfortable in all of them.
Backlog Management and Requirement definition: Own the product backlog. This includes writing high-quality User Stories, prioritizing work, and estimating tasks in partnership with the developers and tech leads, and serving as the to-to resource for team questions.
Liaison & Interpretation: Work closely with Tech Leads and developers to translate client "wants" into product requirements, ensuring the team is always focused on the highest-value features and that they understand perfectly what needs to be done and why it needs to be done.
Strategy & Roadmapping: Define the "What" and manage the "When." You will create and execute product strategies and project timelines that lead to successful completions, adapted to each project and Customer.
Software Literacy: You have a general understanding of software development. You don’t need to be a coder, but you should know enough to navigate a technical project and have meaningful conversations with developers.
