We’re hiring a Publisher Business Development Manager to drive and expand direct publisher partnerships across our programmatic ecosystem.
This role combines strategic ownership with the opportunity to build scalable processes, shape the foundation for future growth and collaboration, and develop a high-performing team.
What you will be doing
develop and manage strong relationships with digital publishers to drive long-term growth;
negotiate and structure commercial agreements;
identify, onboard, and activate new publisher partners across web, mobile, ctv, and other platforms (prebid.js, sdk, tags, api);
support publishers with integrations and monetization solutions;
monitor performance metrics and provide optimization strategies;
collaborate with sales, product, and marketing on publisher initiatives;
provide insights and recommendations to maximize revenue;
troubleshoot integration issues with product/engineering teams.
