About the role

Description

You will manage Exalate ’s paid growth engine to drive business growth and brand lift. You will be responsible for launching and improving campaigns quickly across Google, LinkedIn, Meta and Reddit, execute clean tracking in GA4 and GTM, and read the numbers and turn every insight into the next experiment.

  • This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented marketer who is not only data-savvy but also creative and curious about the latest marketing innovations — especially in the fast-evolving AI space.
  • So if you like short feedback loops and visible impact, you will feel at home here.

Requirements

  • One to two years of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS - Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta; Reddit experience is a bonus
  • Working knowledge of GA4 and GTM, including event setup and debugging
  • Strong communication, team collaboration, and project management skills
  • Basic SEO and copywriting knowledge: recognize search intent, structure a page and explain how organic and paid support each other. Willingness to create the first draft and messaging for campaigns.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English at a minimum B2 level
  • Solid grasp of CTR, CPL, CAC and the LTV-to-CAC ratio

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit and maintain all paid channels in good shape. Keep naming conventions, budgets and audiences tidy so spend can shift to winners - quickly.

Design and launch campaigns

  • Build and optimize Search, Display, and retargeting in Google & Bing Ads.
  • Design and manage LinkedIn campaigns
  • Conversation Ads, Sponsored Content, and Lead-Gen Forms
  • Audience segmentation by job title, company size and matched lists
  • Account-based retargeting for high-value prospects

Run Meta campaigns

  • Retarget website visitors and in-platform engagers.
  • Test look-alike audiences and conversion-focused objectives
  • Rotate static, carousel, and short-form video creatives

Launch Reddit ads

  • Target relevant subreddits for developers and IT teams
  • Experiment with conversation and promoted-post formats
  • Capture early-funnel interest and feed remarketing pools

Measure everything

  • Create a full tagging plan with UTMs, GA4 events and GTM triggers so every click maps to the pipeline.
  • Maintain a Looker Studio dashboard that shows spend, CPL, CAC and qualified demos each week.

Create and refine assets

  • Write clear, benefit-led ad copy.
  • Brief designers on static or motion creatives and make quick edits yourself when speed matters.

Run constant experiments

  • Launch at least two controlled tests each month on audience, creative or landing page.
  • Record hypothesis, result and next step to grow a living growth playbook.
  • Collaborate closely with product marketing, CRO, content, and brand teams to align campaign messaging and objectives.
  • Share keyword and funnel insights with SEO and content teams.
  • Sync paid-media events into HubSpot so closed-won deals trace back to campaigns.
  • You will work closely with and report to the Head of Marketing and Growth Ops to ensure that our paid channel contributes to our overall business objectives - growth.

Ideal Traits

  • Experiment first and form opinions later.
  • Treat the budget like personal money.
  • Soak up feedback and iterate quickly.
  • Bring energy, curiosity, and ownership to every project.
